  1. S. Discovery Rd Pavement Preservation

    May 28, 2019 - July 9, 2019 @ Between M.P. 3.180, and M.P. 4.576 on South Discovery Road

    This project will preserve & rehabilitate the asphalt roadway surface, maintain the existing traveled way at 22’ to 24’ wide, and improve the ride quality and safety. Scope of work includes minor shoulder widening in two areas, asphalt paving of the roadway and shoulders, gravel shoulder edge finishing, concrete traffic barriers, pavement striping, and other work. The project covers 1.39 miles; M.P. 3.180, approximately 2450’ northerly of the S. Discovery Rd/Cape George Rd intersection, to M.P. 4.576, approximately 95’ easterly of the S. Discovery Rd/Milo Curry Rd intersection. Expect some traffic delays, however a minimum of one-lane one-way traffic will be maintained at all times. Every effort will be made to minimize the delays to traffic, pedestrians, and impacts to properties adjoining the project.
