What are my permit fees?

Most permits have the fees listed on the back of the application. If your application does not list the fees, or if you need an estimate for new building application we can provide you with an estimate of those fees.

  • Cost of project
    • If customer plans to do the work themselves, they must include the cost of  their labor
  • Square footage of project
    • Complete square footage, including upstairs if it is 2-story
    • Garage
    • Porch (deck)
  • Septic and water (does the client plan to have septic and water on the property? Are they on sewer?) Public water vs. well.
  • Critical areas including wetlands, shoreline, and slopes
