Include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment to receive a receipt. Please know that we have over 20,000 taxpayers in our county, and we cannot afford to print and mail receipts. Your canceled check or proof of payment does qualify as a receipt for tax purposes.
Yes. The Treasurer’s Office is open to the public for property tax payments.
Statements are mailed in February of each year. Property owners receive statements by mail or by eNotices. If you, your spouse or a co-owner signed up for receiving statements electronically by eNotices, you will not receive a paper statement.

You may access parcel information including taxes owed on the Property Search page, and you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a duplicate statement by email. We do not mail hard copy duplicate statements due to the expense. A statement, envelope and postage to provide duplicate statements for our more than 20,000 property owners with 30,000 parcels is cost-prohibitive.

Senior citizens and disabled persons may contact the Assessor’s Office at (360) 385-9105 to determine if they qualify for a property tax exemption on their owner-occupied residence. You must be 61 years old on December 31st of the year in which you apply or be fully disabled, and household income must be $40,000 or less. (RCW 84.36.381).
