Quilcene COVID-19 vaccination clinic on Saturday, September 10
JEFFERSON COUNTY—COVID-19 vaccinations for families with children 6 months and older will happen on the following dates at a Jefferson County Public Health clinic in Quilcene from 9 AM-1 PM:
- Saturday, September 10
Saturday, October 22 The October 22 clinic has been cancelled.
Call 360-385-9400 to schedule an appointment.
Walk-ins considered depending on capacity.
Appointments for vaccinations (all childhood immunizations) are also available at the Jefferson County Public Health clinic in Port Townsend.
The Quilcene clinic address is 294843 Highway 101. It is in the same building as the U.S. Post Office, but on the backside of the building, which faces Rodgers Street.
A Jefferson County Public Health nurse will administer the vaccines. Adults may also receive their COVID-19 vaccination, whether it be their first or second dose, or first or second booster dose. Moderna will be available to anyone aged 6 months or older. Novavax will be available to anyone 12 and older. (Novavax is for people who have NOT already completed a primary series of a COVID-19 vaccine. Novavax may not be used as a booster dose at this time. Click here to learn more).
COVID-19 vaccinations are given at no cost to families. If a family has medical insurance, Jefferson County Public Health will bill the insurance company for the vaccination.
