This public hearing is to take comments on proposed amendments to two Conservation Futures award resolutions. The first would amend Resolution #51 - 21 for the Hannan Farm project in order to increase the total project cost from $560,000 to $670,872.50 due to a higher appraised property value. The project match will consist of at least 50% of the total project cost. The second draft resolution would amend Resolution #53 -21 for the Big Quilcene – Moon Valley Acquisitions project by decreasing the total project cost from $735,410 to $262,640 in order to allow for near-term acquisition of the final property. Closing must precede the additional match expenditures. The project match will consist of at least 50% of the total project cost. The BOCC is interested in hearing public testimony on this issue.
