Effective Thursday, 07-01-2021 DCD will again be open to the public. In-person building permit intake appointments will be available starting 06-07-2021, but our doors will remain locked otherwise until July 1st. Our walk-in hours will be M-Th 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and 1:00 PM-4:30 PM.
DCD will no longer accept applications by drop-off or mail. You must schedule an appointment with front staff to submit.
