The draft Critical Areas Ordinance (CAO) is now available for public review and comment. It is viewable and able to be downloaded by clicking HERE. The Jefferson County Planning Commission will hold special meetings to deliberate on the Draft Critical Areas Ordinance and related updates to definitions and agriculture codes on Monday, January 27, through Friday, January 31, 2020 beginning at 5:30 PM at the Port Ludlow Beach Club Meeting Room; 121 Marina View Dr; Port Ludlow, WA 98365.

The updated CAO final adoption is scheduled to occur at the end of February 2020.
