The cost to file a Small Claims in District Court is changing from $39.00 to $50.00 effective on July 28, 2019.

All Superior Court Jury Trials for Monday, July 22, 2019 have been cancelled. Jurors will not need to report. Please disregard earlier notice to appear.

As of July 1, 2019 the fee to record a Name Change with the Auditor is going up to $102.50. This will raise the total cost of Name Changes to $195.50.
