Customer Assistance Meeting (CAM)

Book an appointment with staff to discuss questions regarding your parcel. Examples include how critical area and shoreline regulations affect projects. This service provides customers with a written product on project considerations, permit process, and feasibility.

What you need to know about this process:

  • All Customer Assistance Meetings in 2022 will be free. Customer Assistance Meetings are still scheduled through the DCD website and last 30 minutes per meeting.
  • **Forty-eight hour minimum advance booking is required*
