Enforcement of the development regulations contained in the Unified Development Code (UDC), Title 18 of the Jefferson County Code (JCC), is administered under JCC Chapter 18.50.

A citizen may report a potential violation of the land use codes or a permit condition by contacting DCD at (360) 379-4450.

When voluntary compliance is ineffective, code enforcement may involve the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and/or the Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
