2013 Milestones

  • March 4 - Three applications were received by the deadline:

    • MLA12-274: McLuen/Marlow; Site-specific amendment proposal requesting a rezone of land designated both Rural Residential 1:10 and 1:20 (RR 1:10 and RR 1:20) to become all Rural Residential 1:10 (RR 1:10); APN 901-054-003;
    • MLA13-42: Jefferson County; Suggested amendment proposal requesting to rezone West End lands designated Rural Residential 1:10 to become Rural Residential 1:5 and 1:20; multiple parcels to be determined by further analysis;
    • MLA13-45:  Boulton/Mason; Site-specific amendment proposal requesting a rezone of land designated Rural Forest 1:40 (RF 1:40) to become Prime Agricultural 1:20 (AP 1:20); APN 802-141-005.
  • March 6 - Preliminary Docket of both site-specific and suggested amendments available for public review and provided to Planning Commission.

  • March 12 - Administrator's Report on 2013 Suggested Amendment

  • April 3 - Planning Commission heard staff present Preliminary Docket and applicants present brief summary of proposals.

Next Steps Anticipated

  • September 18 - Planning Commission Public Hearing on MLA12-274 (McLuen) and MLA13-45 (Boulton); 6;30 pm at Tri Area Community Center, Chimacum
