Public Documents -  In support of the federal FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) and state law (RCW 42.56) all public documents are available.  To assist interested citizens some public documents are available online.  As of 3/1/10, DCD will be providing case related documents received by US mail via the Laserfiche WebLink.  Documents are sorted by date received.

In addition, the Prosecutor's Office often provides guidance on key issues by preparing non-confidential memos to interpret legal matters.
