The Recording Division is responsible for recording and retrieving real property documents. All recorded documents are indexed and microfilmed.

The vault and all recorded documents are open to the general public. Employees of the Auditor's Office are prohibited by law from giving legal advice or legal assistance.

We do not stock blank forms or fill out forms for customers.
